Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options- you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
- Flat Rate Canada Wide: $35.00 cad
- Flat Rate USA Wide: $40.00 cad
Refund Eligibility on Refused Packages
Refused or abandoned packages are non-refundable. If a package is successfully returned to us, any original shipping costs, return freight charges, and carrier refusal fees will be fully deducted from any store credit or partial refund issued.
Order Processing & Lead Times
All products are made in small batches and are not mass-produced. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing before shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for U.S orders), or peak shipping periods.

We aim to meet all estimated timelines, but delays can occasionally occur. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track you package directly through the carriers website.
