Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options- you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

• Flat Rate Canada Wide: $35.00 cad 
• Flat Rate USA Wide: $40.00 cad

Order Processing & Lead Times 

All products are made in small batches and are not mass-produced. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing before shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing (for U.S orders), or peak shipping periods.

Delays

We aim to meet all estimated timelines, but delays can occasionally occur. If there are any significant delays with your order, we will keep you informed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these processing times.

International Orders

 Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track you package directly through the carriers website.
